participants with effective team-building and collaboration strategies.
The program kicked off at 1 PM with Mr. Nipurna Shrestha, PR and Media Manager of Hult Prize at
IOE, Pulchowk Campus, hosting the event. Pre-registered and walk-in participants filled the hall to
learn from two distinguished speakers who brought their unique expertise.
The first speaker, Mr. Santosh Pandey, co-founder of Offering Happiness and Oho Cake, delivered
an electrifying talk on team dynamics. A Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree, Mr. Pandey shared
lessons drawn from his journey as an entrepreneur, political strategist, and educator.

finding the right co-founder, fostering collaboration, and navigating failure. His engaging storytelling
emphasized aligning team goals and creating an environment where members motivate each other to
achieve excellence.
Mr. Pandey began his session by covering essential aspects of team building. He shared insights on
how to find a perfect co-founder and provided a valuable lesson on how failure should not hinder
one's determination and passion for creating change. He discussed the dynamics of collaboration in
solving specific problems, highlighting the motivational role of team members when everyone is
aligned toward a common goal. His entertaining delivery made significant life lessons enjoyable for
the audience.
To honor his contributions, Mr. Pandey received a handcrafted wooden token of appreciation from
gifting partner CNC Hastakala Nepal, a plant from in-kind sponsor The Plant Room Nepal, and a

The second session featured Miss Priyanshu Pokhrel, co-founder of Pyari Education and advocate
for data-driven solutions to social challenges. A junior at Wesleyan University majoring in Economics
and Data Science, Priyanshu shared her journey in establishing Pyari Education, which addresses
taboos surrounding sexual and reproductive health in Nepal.
Miss Pokhrel’s session introduced her team members from Pyari and provided an overview of the
organization’s formation. She shared her motivations for establishing Pyari and finding like-minded
individuals to support this cause. During her talk, she discussed her initiatives to break the taboos
surrounding menstrual health and sex education in Nepal. She emphasized that one’s passion should
drive their pursuits, rather than the desire for monetary gain.
Priyanshu expressed gratitude for her supportive team, who share the mission of addressing these
important issues. She also highlighted the challenges of assembling the right team. Encouraging
audience participation, she invited anyone interested in contributing to this noble cause to reach out.
Miss Pokhrel was also honored with a wooden token of appreciation, a plant, and refreshments from
event sponsors.

Bites for their active engagement. The speakers concluded their sessions by recording 100-second
videos to be shared on Hult Prize at IOE’s official social media platforms, facilitated by Mr. Hritesh
